Cancellations must be made by email to the following address info@sparvierosuitestaormina.it
For late arrivals, early departures or cancellations made less than three days prior to the arrival date, the cost of the first night’s stay will be charged.
In the case of a no show (no arrival), the full cost of the booking will be charged.
Our apartments are all non-smoking.
You can smoke outside or on the private terrace.
Small animals are allowed providing permission has been given by the management prior to your arrival.

No! On arrival you will be given a set of keys to allow you to come and go as you please.
Yes, we have a free luggage storage area which you can use both on arrival and departure.
Certainly, it is possible to connect to the apartment in any part of the accommodation using our free WiFi.
You will find the password in the apartment.
At the time of booking as a form of guarantee you will be asked to make a 30% deposit via bank transfer.
Reception is open everyday from 08:00 to 19:00
We ask you to communicate your arrival time to us prior to arrival, especially if it is expected to be after 19.00
Check-in is from 14.00
